Selected projects

Below is a selection of things I have designed, built, and still take care of. Each entry shows what it is, who it is for, and what it does in plain English, with screenshots you can click through where a live site exists.

wytui running on its server: the download screen with a video link field, quality choices like 4K and MP3, and storage gauges for the library
wytui's analytics screen showing 132 downloads with a 100% success rate and a storage usage bar

wytui — media library manager

A tidy private video library that runs on your own server: save videos from hundreds of websites, organized by channel and ready to watch.

  • Pick a video, choose the quality you want, and it lands in your own searchable library.
  • Set it to watch a channel and new videos arrive by themselves.
  • Works from any device — phone, tablet, or computer — through your own server, not someone else's.

RelayPoint dashboard listing nine displays across two groups — lobby TV, reception wall, café board, kiosks, and meeting rooms — each showing a preview of its live content
One managed screen full-screen: a welcome slide with event details, sync status, and a QR code, edge to edge on a display

RelayPoint — digital signage control panel

One dashboard to control every information screen in a building — the kind of lobby TVs you see in churches and schools.

  • Change what every screen shows from one page; the change appears everywhere within seconds.
  • If the internet drops, screens keep showing the last thing you published.
  • No special hardware needed — any old computer, tablet, or TV box becomes a managed screen.

Bible Reader — self-hosted reading app

A warm, readable home for the text of the Bible: 37 translations, including Polish, running on your own server.

  • All 37 translations live on your server, so pages turn instantly with nothing loading from the outside.
  • Search the whole library in about a second, and compare translations side by side.
  • Nothing is tracked and no outside services are used — private by design.

LinkNexus — one link for every audience

A single page that holds every link a person or organization needs, reachable from one short URL you print once and never change.

  • Six ready-made themes plus your own colors — a finished look without a designer.
  • Click counting shows which links people actually use.
  • Run it yourself for free, or use it as a hosted service — the same software either way.

LingoLearn — AI language classroom

A language-learning platform with AI-generated lessons, daily streaks, and real teaching tools for a classroom.

  • Exercises are written for each learner's actual level, from first words to fluent conversation.
  • Daily streaks and gentle review timing keep learners coming back without pressure.
  • Teachers set assignments and run live quizzes with a leaderboard, all from their own dashboard.

Home Lab — self-hosted infrastructure

My own small data center at home: the place I try out real infrastructure before it goes anywhere near production, and where my personal services live.

  • Virtual machines run on Proxmox and containers on Docker, hosting the apps on this page and other personal services.
  • Network equipment and NAS storage are set up by hand, with SMB file shares and regular backups.
  • Everything is tinkered with, broken, and fixed on purpose, so the skills carry over to the servers I run at ODU.
